"Mark did an outstanding job!!! I had a unique request for a chain link fencing with 4x4 steel posts—for fencing in my backyard. This apparently something not typically paired—but Mark made it work seamlessly. He took the time to call me right away, we discuss the plan in detail, and he got the necessary measurements before confidently accepting the job. My husband and I went out of town right after the work began, so I left my father-in-law as a point of contact in case anything came up. There was only one quick question regarding the location of a larger gate, which my father-in-law handled without needing to bother us. I had failed to give that instruction beforehand, but everything went smoothly. Once the project was finished, Mark sent over photos of the completed work. I was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied with the results. I immediately asked my father-in-law to cut him a check. We've asked Mark to do other projects since, because of the trustworthy work."

"Professional, prompt and completed installation in a week timeframe. Was overall happy with product and finish out on gate and stone pillars. Needed an auto-opener installed as well which will take about a week longer than expected. I would use this company again, they were fair on price. "

"They seemed to prioritize other jobs before the already committed job they had with me. We had been on schedule for over 2 months. After we finally were going to get started they told me how much material they needed and the same day I went to purchase it. The material included concrete, a whole palette. They came to work for a couple of hours one day, they left not sure why. Then they came back and worked for another couple of hours and uncovered the concrete. They left without saying anythingâ ¦I didnâ t know if they were going to come back or what had happened. The concrete got wet and exposed to the sun and they blamed it on me, that I shouldâ ve covered. And that it would take another week before they could can back again. Really disappointed, I was super kind to them, even gave them a very expensive bottle of tequila I had from Mexico. It was just wrong the way they treated me. They just donâ t communicate and they make you feel as if they are doing you a favor."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Their tech was very thorough and gave me an excellent walk through of the installed hardware and operation of the system. The planned date and time of the install was spot on as agreed to. I am pretty picky and I could not find anything in this implementation to complain about. The job was very well done."

"Ergeon Fence Service delivered to my satisfaction. They were very reasonable price. The put up a Wooden fence, board on board and they completed it in 2 days. My backyard looks totally different. They advised me to build the wooden fence in front of my existing chain-link fence for better coverage from the creek vegetation."
