"This company was terrible and took my money. They were supposed to come on December 23 after waiting all day they called and said they were coming until tomorrow. They came on December 24 when the plumber came in I informed him that I had already snaked it and that probably was not going to work they insisted on sneaking it anyway, after the plumber left and we paid $287.00, we proceeded to flush the toilet and once again, it was still stopped up. I called no one was able to come out until the 26th which is understandable since it was Christmas that following day. another plumber came out and informed me that the person that came was not really a plumber but just a person that unclog the toilet. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed a new toilet and then quoted me a price of $1300 to install a new toilet. I did inquire about a refund since the job was not completed effectively. I was told they could possibly install the toilet at a small discount. Went to Home Depot purchase a toilet for $200 and $250 for installation. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone I lost out on a lot of money with no result. I am very disappointing. Please donâ t use this company."

I was told that the work would be completed on a Saturday (July 17th) which was 11 days away from the date of the signed contract. I received a text around 8am Saturday morning (THE MORNING OF!) stating that they couldn't locate the plywood for the soffit so they have to order it but its not coming in until the following week. I text Richard the following Wednesday asking for an update....no response. I followed up with another text the following Monday...no response. "Terrible experience. We contracted with Prime Custom (Kamil) to do a full bathroom and kitchen remodel in 2021 and we have had tons of issues. Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix. Hopefully, this review can save others from the extremely frustrating experience that I have gone through."
