"Spoke with Mike the owner in the morning about issue, Drew came out same day and used snake to unclog drain. Very efficient and courteous, reasonable price for 2 hours of work. Very conscious about keeping everything clean as he used snake to clean drain. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you so much for your help fixing problem."

"Very willing to help me even though they were booked up. I had my water heater die and start leaking. I m a new widow and they responded quickly to my obvious distress by working late to access the situation, then working me into the schedule the next day to replace my water heater. Thank you Kelton and John!"

"I had to review this company a 2nd time just to give credit to both guys that came out to help. I just bought a house and unfortunately for me the plumbing problems were worse than anticipated. KJ was the first to come out and did a great job for his part. Very professional, very polite, was even kind enough to have consideration for my child being asleep in the next room. Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had a such a great experience that when a separate issue arose I called them back. Jesse was the 2nd tech. That man is very thorough and determined. He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act. Even put booties on his feet to protect my carpet. Truly above and beyond service. Thank you to this whole company for making a lousy thing like busted plumbing into a pleasant interaction with their great crew! Y'all are truly Rockstars."

"I looked on Angi.com for a licensed plumber who could install drain pipes to the existing septic as well as hooking the county water to my existing manufactured home's plumbing. I was given the name of ProPipe Plumbing, LLC, by Home Advisor within the hour. Connor from Pro Pipe called me soon afterward. He was polite and ready and willing to travel to my manufactured home about 25 minutes outside Oneida. I met with him and instantly liked him and trusted him. He was able to put me on his schedule within 2 days. He had advised me to install a PSR and a Thermal Expansion tank on my hot water heater so I did. He stayed to make sure nothing leaked throughout the home before he left."
