"Mr. Roos was unfortunately detained on the East Coast by Hurricane Sandy which kept him from being able to finish the job within the projected time. This was not a problem because before he left, he got our refrigerator working well enough to get through more than just the expected time. Also, as soon as he got back in town he was contacting us, on the weekend, to set up a return date with the needed part. I was very impressed with his competency, knowledge and work ethic. I would recommend him to anyone."
