"Was done on time, as promised, no unpleasant surprises. Pat was very patient in explaining the process and answering questions. His price was substantially lower but there was no lack of quality. I will admit he was very informal, which caused me concern about his professionalism, but those concerns were put to rest by his follow up, his follow through, and the quality job done by his company. Don't let it deter you. Midwest Underground is as good a company as anyone could want to work on their home."

"Sent a master plumber to resolve my issue (smell of rotten cabbage) in my laundry room. It had been there for almost three months and two plumbers, an exterminator, and a biologist couldn't solve it! Thoughtful approach to what the problem was (the last plumber recommended that we start ripping out drywall to see what was behind that could be causing the smell). The master plumber solved it for the price of a service call! Thank you, Polestar!"
