"The appointment process went smoothly and we were able to get a tech the same day. The tech called before he arrived and able to start earlier than scheduled. We declined the dishwasher repair because the parts were too expensive and the unit was too old. He was able to clear out a plugged drain in our frig to prevent water from pooling and freezing in bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Tech was prompt, competent, and courteous. Total charge was $150 which I thought was reasonable for the work he did and the time he spent."

"Jeff was prompt to call, quick to come and diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. He was honest and was able to repair my 20 yr old Amana Refigerator - needed a defrosting terminating thermostat . Some might have just told me to buy a new fridge... but Jeff was great. I am totally satisfied and the freezer is already making ice after an hour. YAY... but he left and didn't put the food back in the freezer for me... LOL just kidding!!!"

Troy came out 3 times, once replacing the computer module and refunding us for it, before he got it repaired. His price was extremely generous for as much time as he spent trying to fix it. He got it done but we were wary and got a new one a year later."
