"I had Nate out because I smelled something electrical burning when I ran my 5 year old LG washing machine. He was running behind but called me to let me know. I appreciated the call. He was very considerate and respectful to my husband and I. We ran a short cycle but of course it wasnâ t going to smell with a repairman there. He looked all around the washer, climbed behind it, took off the back, and looked all over for burn marks or something melted. He even tried sniffing for a burn smell. He found nothing. He did explain why I may have overloaded the washer in a bulky cycle so I will watch it from now on. We were only charged a trip charge and he even APOLOGIZED for not being able to find a problem but he said he wasnâ t going to make up something just to get more money. Itâ s hard to find someone honest nowadays! I would definitely recommend Nate to others. I would hire him again."

"Jewell Barnett (owner of CPC) arrived on time and he was very professional. He took my dishwasher apart and found the problem and fixed it.I was told by another repair service (who never called back) that I needed a new hose . That turned out not to be the problem. I would highly recommend CPC."
