"I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch."

"Very well. Dan was very professional and personable. He did a very thorough job of inspecting my HVAC system and noted that my humidifier was not working. I told him I was aware that it was no longer functioning and that a previous tech with a different company had told me that the full humidifier would have to be replaced due to corrosion. Dan said no. It only needs a few parts and it would be good to go. I was quite thrilled by this and upset at the previous tech (company) for their incorrect diagnosis. I had Dan repair the humidifier and it's working perfectly! He removed some useless wiring that was connected to nothing and cleaned up the entire area when he was done. He also installed a thermostat that I had purchased even though it was not on the work order. I am very happy with going with Dick Ray and the service that Dan provided."

"Bob and his crew arrived right on time the morning of the appointment. A couple of them began dismantling the old furnace in the basement of the house, sweeping the floor and preparing the site for the new one, while a couple others did the same with the old AC unit outside in the backyard. Only when it occurred to me that I hadn't taken the old, broken water heater into account that I asked him if he could also install a new one fo those while he was there. He gave me a fair price quote, voiced no objections about messin gup his schedule or anything, and promptly went to obtain a water heater while his workers continued with their tasks. Everything was done in a matter of a few hours and the house was cleaned up better when they left than it was before they came!  I will call Bob for each of the next houses I plan to buy and rehab, knowing that he will do just as good a job on each one as he would on his own home or my own. Bob cares about the quality of his work and it is reflected in how he does business.

"These guys are awesome! We've used them for the 20-some years we've lived in Lee's Summit. They are always responsive and punctual. They get the issue fixed the first time without me having to call them back. Pleasant and professional. Quality work. Their rates are reasonable. We have purchased air conditioners twice from them and furnace once. They did all the paperwork for the rebates for us. I called them last week because the air conditioner didn't seem to be cooling properly. "Josh came over looked over everything and explained all our options and we chose high efficiency variable furnace 96 so installed 3inch pvc pipe for exhaust and one for fresh air to come in. Looks GREAT. Put in a variable air conditioner unit and leveled it out new pipes and so forth looks GREAT, installed New water Heater with no problems and made it to code which is GREAT, installed an April Air 600 humidifier and an iwave air scrubber to help with family allergies and 4 animals. "For a couple of weeks I was having issues with my furnace. The first effort to fix it didn't work so I called Cozy home solutions to take a look at it. I called at about 1:30 in the afternoon on Friday and by 3:20 Steven, the owner, arrived. Within 20 minutes the problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered. Shortly after he called to schedule the install, which we agreed would be Tuesday morning. About 30 minutes or so after that call is when Malachi showed up with the part and said he was there to install it, a pleasant surprise! Another 20 minutes later a new induction motor and pressure switch was installed and Malachi was packing up. Both Steven and Malachi were very knowledgeable and good at explaining the mechanics of my furnace and what the issue was. They were very timely, efficient, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for any issue or tune up in the future and would recommend them to anyone!"
