"Repairman called in advance. He promptly arrived & quickly diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. The lead guy partner was detailed, and very polite. I would use A&A again--there's my recommendation! Diagnostic price was $50 V Sears, who wanted $100-then was determined to upsell me to a $600 yr protection plan after I said twice "No thank you". In addition, A&A came out the next morning. Sears was coming in a week. (This was all prior to Harvey). I give A&A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
