"We are still in process of working with Legacy Contractor Services. What I can tell you is that the information and the planning process has been easy and enlightening. Justin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. He gave us a reasonable and honest estimate hours after he saw our home. I was surprised at how fast he was at estimating the job. He's emailed with us many times as we had questions on the materials or scope of the job, and never once was he short or pushy. He was always patient, kind, and willing to go over the line items. While we were in the planning process, the pandemic hit. Everything came to a halt. Justin was understanding, kind, and once again patient. Recently, we've had a plumbing issue in the house and he was the first person we called. He sent over a plumber to look at it and has been a support the whole way. He has even been willing to come and cut drywall that was left in our garage and move it to the basement/construction zone. He's extremely thoughtful -- like you would expect a neighbor to be. He's just the greatest. I feel so much safer and confident now that he's a part of our housing support (you know those people when things go wrong, you call them panicked, and they just fix it for you? Yeah.. that's Legacy Contractor Services). This really is a great company. There are so many unlicensed contractors on here that are really just handymen who provide less quality work and customer service. Justin saved us from a similar situation. It's hard to know who to trust in the contracting business, and many times contractors charge you commercial prices and are condescending while they do it -- not Legacy Contractor Services. Justin is an upstanding, honest, and caring professional. We are planning to hire him for all of our remodeling and building needs. He's the only one we trust with our home. I will update when we get further in the remodeling stage. But, once you talk to him, you know he's got your back."
