"The gentleman was very professional, checked all the old windows, the hours the doors and look at the new windows, took all the information I gave him a deposit of $975 on November 1. He said he would begin the process of asking for the permit two weeks later. I text him to see how it was going with the permit. He said he was still waiting for the city to complete the permit So a few weeks past, after that I went to the city they told me that they never receive any documentation to begin a permit. I contact him that he would start it right away since then you ve been telling me strange thing like the person who prepare this isn t vacation and she cannot be, there is no connection there for the phone doesn t give me any date when he s gonna begin asking for the permit . So this morning, I went for the fourth time to the city asking if he sent some documentation to begin the process of the permit they told me no we received nothing. So before going to the city, I called him left a message that I was not happy about all of this, and I gave him a deposit to begin the process of the permit. Now he doesn t answer my phone any longer. Send the beginning you never called me or text me. I was always the first one to call or text and he would reply but never giving me a specific date or anything and now is not answering when I called him to talk with him on the phone. I did not know the previous owner changed those window without a permit. Somebody made a complaint after I purchased the house and I purchased the window thinking that I could install it myself. You need to be licensed so now I have a violation from the city because of this and send me a register letter January 27 is the last day everything needs to be installed before that and inspected by the city I will be charged after that $250 per day . This gentleman knows about it. I told him he doesn t seem to care at all that I have to pay $250 per day after the 27 next month. I just want my money back because is lying to me since the beginning And I have to hired somebody else to do it because I m gonna be late for the Magistra."

"The guy came to replace a broken window. As he was installing the new one he broke it. Then the window fell on our desk creating damage, destroyed the desk chair and ruined the carpet. We left over 12 phone calls and NO ONE ever returned our call...we are proceeding for compensation in the court room !"

"Contacted and contracted with East Coast Windows And Doors to replace all my windows and a door. Work was done as scheduled and completed. I have since noticed that the door was not installed properly. I have contacted them numerous times to fix the door, they will not even call you back. So if you have them do your job and pay them, DO NOT expect them to return for any repairs!!! Their customer service is non existent. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!"

"Very unprofessional, Very unreliable, Lacks integrity, truthfulness and trustworthiness. Will not recommend or hire again. I have done some minor repairs of windows before with this company and was not a big deal , did not involve major installation or deposit , so never had a problem. However this time around I paid for impact windows installation that was supposed to be completed in 6- 8 weeks. Right from after the deposit was paid, communication stopped. I heard nothing more from them regarding permit filing and all the paper works for HOA even though I paid for permit. I had to call their office several times without any response. After 8 weeks there was still no response. It was not until I asked for a refund that Mike eventually hurriedly sent some people (not sure if they work for him) to come and install the windows. Half way through the installation , I noticed they had not installed the screens , asked them where the screens where, they said they forgot to bring it, called Mike , only to learn the screens where yet to be shipped and the man from the warehouse will be installing the screen when it arrives. It was unbelievable! I told them I will never allow that. Finally the installers came back the next day and installed the screens. Then I asked for the inspection papers and time. Another lies and lies of dates that never materialized. I eventually called the inspectors office , only to learn permit was not fully completed or picked up and so work cannot be inspected until their expired documents were submitted. I followed up with Mike again until the inspection was finally done . Time frame was 4 months. It was a horrible experience. Every conversation was unreliable and untruthful. Will not recommend to anyone that values Professionalism and integrity in business. This was a nightmare!"
