"Platinum General Construction LLC was contacted after two initially hired contractors were incompetent in providing the remodeling services needed for our bathroom remodel in Dec/Jan 2025. Platinum stepped in and completed the work on time and as quoted. David was our primary contact. He was great as respects communication, working through issues, and coordinating with subcontractors. The remodel included heated tile floors, a curbless shower, toilet install, and beautiful tile work. We were pleased that Platinum got our project back on track and finished after dealing with the mis-steps of our original contractors."

"I hired Eastside construction To Tape and texture 2 Hallways and a master bedroom, closet and bath. The taper Tom was personable but was the Sloppiest Taper I have ever been around. I have been in the trades since 1972. i requested that Tom scrape out the corners before shooting the texture at least three times, this was done half heartedly. I mentioned to Tom he was the sloppiest taper I had ever seen and asked who was going to clean up his mess. He replied Dean usually sends a crew around, but that was between me and Dean. There was no cleanup crew supplied by Dean. there are several areas that were not sanded properly and texture was shot anyway. I only saw these areas while I was painting. I would never hire this company again. The mess Tom Made and tracked through our house was inexcusable. My wife and I covered our floors, taped off the outlets, installed zipper doors to help keep the dust down. Tom belongs on a Commercial jobsite not an occupied home. I won't make this mistake again. "New Home Solutions is a Design+build firm and since we were unsure of the choices we needed to make for our kitchen remodel, we engaged New Home Solutions' design services. Marybeth was handling the design aspects and she did an excellent job with her recommendations. She helped us pick out our counter-tops, our back-splash tile, figure out our cabinet layout. She also worked with multiple vendors to give us an detailed breakdown of the estimates. She was responsive on email and made multiple store/home visits to ensure she understood and translated our needs to the estimate. Unfortunately due to vacation timing, we couldn't proceed with New Home Solutions' Build eventhough we were happy with the designs and the final estimate. Would totally recommend Marybeth's services."

"I interviewed several contractors for my addition and addition and I chose Andrew because I felt like he was straightforward with the project and the risks that come with a remodel of an 80 year old house along with the primary suite addition. Through the design phase, we never felt pressured to make decisions, but were kept informed of the timing of the project and when we needed to make decisions in order to schedule the project in a way that minimized the impact to our family. Andrew walked us through each item in the contract and worked with us to make changes to fit our budget and kept us informed on what we could expect for changes for a project like ours. Once we were out on contract, Andrew helped push permits through county and kept us informed on what we could expect for duration and timing of the project. Once the work began, Andrew and his right hand man Rod worked efficiently and coordinated the project beautifully to minimize the amount of time that we were displaced from our home. Thoughtful suggestions were made to deal with the numerous issues that come with renovating an 80 year old house and Andrew supported my questions on cost impact and the criticality of each change to keep me informed so that we could make decisions that we felt comfortable with. Andrew and his team of subcontractors were all very friendly and respectful of our family, never making myself, my wife, or 3 kids feel unsafe at any time. Even with the changes to the scope of work, Andrew and his team made good on the timeline of the project, completing everything in 3-4 months as promised when we started. The layout and design of the remodel and addition have surpassed our expectations, everything that we did has really made our home both more beautiful and more functional. I would highly recommend Treiber Building and have done so to several family members and colleagues at work. The experience was as positive as I couldâ ve hoped and the results are outstanding."
