The door was tough because it was not the exact dimensions of the door frame so he had to plane the edges to get it to fit just right. He also installed the doorknob, which was also tricky because it was an older style and not very flexible to work with. We now have a door that fits perfectly (the old door never shut properly!) and also looks beautiful. Jerry not only got the job done beautifully, he also uses a very helpful system for scheduling the work and I got a reminder of his appointment on my phone via text.
