He took no measurements, asked no questions but said he would be in contact. Nothing but crickets!!!!"

He was very pleasant , and he told me he will do the landscape as we discussed. By February 11, my neighbors, and the president of HOH email to tell me that he has never showed up, and that the yard have grow in weed. I call Zane, and he said he will take care of it. He send me series of email that was reassuring to me that he will do the work right. On February 20th he text me that he have pinched a nerve in his neck, and shoulder, and will step away , and will not work on it. For 4 months, he took my money, and he said he will not return it. He have scammed me because I live far away, and did not know he was not working on my landscape. He said he is not returning my money back."

"Aleck and his workers just completed a job that involved repairs, woodwork, staining, installing ceiling fans, painting, and more. They even helped me hang playset equipment! I can't say enough good things about their work and their work ethic. They went over and above on each item they tackled, troubleshooting until they had it just right. "Long story short I manage a lot or real estate so last week I called for service. I was told the owner Harold would visit the property in Mandeville and call with a quote. A week has passed, and I hadn't heard back from Gator Sand so I called for an update. I was simply blown away by the level of unprofessionalism I was met with by the girl who answered the phone. ( when asked she refused to give me her name) She was nothing but rude, short ( I felt attached) and she couldn't be bothered to even pull my file. I did tell her "sounds like you're having a bad day" she then responded with such venom I asked to speak with someone else. She then slammed the phone in my ear. This rudeness was pushed further when she called my office back and told my assistant Harold told her to tell us find someone else. ( We had already done so) I manage 150 + properties and deal with companies daily and trust me I will never recommend this company to anyone. They are nothing but unprofessional and rude. Any business owner who allows their staff to mistreat potential clients like this do not deserve anyone's business. Horrible to deal with and terrible in their business practices and their ability to hire well balanced and component staff. F-"
