After contacting him, he came out to my house and gave me a free estimate on the two jobs that I needed done in my yard (removing a heavy ground cover from three large flower beds and building a retaining wall with concrete blocks on a bank). He was a really friendly and nice person, responded to our texts promptly, and came whenever he said he was going to come.
