He did not try to sell us anything that we did need (like other companies). He was in and out in one day. He made sure I knew exactly what was done and how to use the new shower. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I wish I lived in the area so that he could replace my tub. I appreciate that he was able to get the new shower in within a week of contacting him especially since it was a Christmas gift."

"On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. My husband and I will always use this company in the future for any plumbing issues and will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. There was very little that they did not plan for in their quote to us. They do 3 dimensional, computerized images of the remodel making it very easy for you to invision your remodel. They will communicate with you at least weekly, letting you know the plans for the week ahead. They communicate by texting, if you have that capability, and will answer any of your questions rapidly. We couldn't be happier with our remodel. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!"

"Steven with NGA has successfully installed tile on several projects for our company. He has installed tile on showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes and floors. He is very detailed oriented and saves me money by handling the work of several trades. For instance, if I am doing a complete shower renovation, Steven can handle the plumbing, shower pan, shower liner, drain, demo and new tile installation, niches, benches and installation of the shower door.
