"On December 25th, the toilets, sinks, showers, and washing machine in our home were backing up. We called All Plumbing Services of Triad at 8:00am the next day on 12/26/21 which was still the Christmas holiday weekend. They returned our call immediately and Sunder Khemlani who is the owner came to our home to evaluate the problem and cleared a drain coming out of the house. The next morning Sundar and Dave came out at 11:00 to do a sewer line sectional repair. Roots had grown into the sewer line. The communication and customer service we received was exceptional. "What was originally planned as a simple update grew into a thorough renovation. I (and more importantly the wife) couldn't be more pleased with the results. Overall, the were times when the project seemed pretty intimidating to me but the process and progress kept advancing and the results made it all worthwhile. Very happy with the level of communication through out the changes and revisions. Impressed with the outsized visual impact of simple suggestions that were not part of my original concept (an arched doorway and led lights). Grateful for the suggestions for options to help contain costs. The results have transformed an older house (1950's) kitchen into one with a modern and contemporary functionality, look and feel. "Thad and Scotty did a very professional job for me, and they were friendly and polite. They had a very fast response time, and came to rebuild my toilet on the afternoon of the day I called. While here, Thad did a check of all my other plumbing items and saved me a future maintenance call by replacing my washing machine hoses, and adding a safety feature to my waterheater which had never been installed. Scotty even found a knob on their truck to replace the water valve for the toilet which was terribly worn. And they tightened a wobbley toilet seat! Those two things were very thoughtful and nice.
