"Mr. Morgan has completed numerous projects for me and has done this while demonstrating professionalism and pride in his craft. The first project that Kirk and his crew completed was the installation of a wooden/wrought iron fence installation. The installation was completed earlier than the time constraints in which we had agreed upon and the pricing for the project was more than reasonable. Kirk's work surpassed what we were. I highly recommend Kirk and his crew to anyone is in need of a quality and trustworthy general contractor."

"Robert and his Crew where great. They work quickly and made sure that we were happy with each progression of the work. He was honest and insistent how to pay. He didn't ask for all of it up front which a lot of so call contractors wanted. We are so satisfied with his honesty and work we are hiring for future projects. He is a busy contractor so it may take awhile but it is so much worth it.!!"

"I posted a work request and within minutes received a reply from Greg of Rent-A-Guy. We agreed upon a date and time for Greg to drop by and estimate the cost and labor required to complete the work. All agreed work was completed as per our agreement well beyond my expectations, Greg also identified another problem with our Gate, he repaired the gate at no additional charge. I am 100% satisfied with Rent-A-Guy and highly recommend for home repair projects."

Kitchen Remodel
"Very honest and straight forward. I can't wait to start our 2nd phase of home renovation with master and guest bathrooms. Isaac and crew were VERY easy to work with and easy to get a hold of if/when project timeline changed especially during CORONAVIRUS delays. I would hire GMZ any day. :) Awesome Job Guys!"

Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
