He explained all of the steps as he went through them and the importance of each to make sure the TV is mounted correctly. We had fun conversations as well. Zach (the owner) made sure to follow up with me afterward to ensure I was satisfied. Awesome customer service and at an amazing value. I will definitely consider Formanek AV in the future for other projects, including the possible installation of a new Ethernet port for the office."
