Matty (Matthew Mirabile) walked in and assessed the situation in absolutely no time. He was very professional, knowledgeable and confident. He took his time explaining what was needed and made sure I understood. He made his offer, which was very fair, and I did not feel like he was trying to take me for a loop because I was a woman. By the time he left I knew this was the guy for the job. I even had some one offer to do the job for $500 less, but I decided to stay with Ontime Piping And Heating because I had already given my word and after meeting with Matty I just knew this was the right decision. It was the best decision I made. Matty sent his guys in and handled the entire job in one day. Matty handled every single aspect of the entire process from taking out the old equipment and discarding to purchasing and installing (top quality equipment I must say there were no shorts there) the new equipment to the electrician. It was definitely a team process, and every single member of the team was knowledgeable, confident, professional and pleasant. The area was cleaned up and the new equipment is sitting nice and pretty. Ontime Piping And Heating has a customer for life. I will most definitely recommend Ontime Plumbing And Heating to anyone and everyone. This day and time finding these types of businesses with some type of integrity is hard to come by.
