"Art is literally the best. Show me another company that will do this: Art did a perfect job installing the gas piping at my home when I got a new meter installed. He also ran a line out to my deck for my BBQ. I got the parts for the conversion weeks later, and wasn't confident I'd install it right, so I contacted him to ask him for advice... and he came over and helped me install it! He even stuck around to make sure it worked. Then he wouldn't take any money! I forced him to let me give him some to buy himself dinner. You will not find people like this every day in ANY industry. "Without warning, all toilets in the house were plugged. Needless to say, this was an emergency. Jeff Neil called immediately after we put our problem out there on Home Adviser. He came over quickly, tried to snake the lines but something was blocking. After sending a camera down the line he discovered the problem: we had a root ball in our sewage line 60' from the house. Without hesitation, Jeff Neil came up with a plan to fix it. It required digging a 6 foot deep hole 4 feet wide and 4 feet long to get at the problem area. Luckily, they were able to get the root ball out, put on a new cap, fill the hole, and re-sod the front lawn. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, confidence, and competence of these guys. And man did they work hard. Oh, and the price was less than I thought. Thanks Jeff and John for all your hard work and getting us back to normal. I'd recommend you to anyone and will call the next time we need any plumbing or heating work."

"The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. Like many other homeowners, I am always leery about contractors trying to up sell projects. The end result of Connor and his crew, Scott and Ryan, was a very happy customer.
