"Swanick Builders were not consistent with time lines. They would make choices that we as the homeowners should have been consulted on or made. Builders made many mistakes of placement or painting wrong colors from chosen /discussed choices made by us. When talked to about this they would state its a focal point. Level of work has been found to be subpar at best, needing other professionals to come correct. Sub contractors utilized by builders were subpar putting hole in roof . all in all they should not have taken such a large job and we would not be hiring ever again. "

"Do the Right Thing? Warren didn?t handle this properly, but I?ll let you judge. I hired him for a fixed-price bathroom remodel. Afterward, the pipes in the wall froze. I agreed to place the pipes in the outside wall with heavy insulation instead of along the baseboard, but I?m not a professional contractor. Also, the implementation was flawed: the vapor barrier was on the outside wall, trapping moisture, and the higher-grade insulation (R22) was between the pipes and the inside wall, insulating the pipes from house heat. Contractors I consulted felt this should?ve been fixed free since it was done wrong. I offered to pay for the plumbing but not the wall redo. Warren billed me $2,500 for time and materials, charging $55/hour for his worker and apprentice (110/hr). To be fair, the work looks great, and he addressed the issue quickly. Still, I don?t think I should pay twice for work done incorrectly. I hope this review seems reasonable."

Jack delivered the work on time and the work is of high quality. As most projects go we had some small unexpected issues, but Jack communicated well and was able to navigate them and still the project on time. "Honeycomb helped save our house. As they were replacing our deck, they discovered rot and quickly removed and replaced all the bad material. They also discovered that we had a termite infestation. The issue was in the structure of the house. They assured us everything would be fine and efficiently dispatched all the rot and talked us through next steps with detailed recommendations, involving other contractors. The additional charge to remove the rot was minimal and I would have gladly paid 10x for the security of having a safe house. And just look at how beautifully it turned out. The photos really don't do it justice, when you get to sit out there enjoying a coffee in the morning or actually having a family gathering. It is such a game changer meeting space. Also, and it might seem like a little thing, but its the details that matter. It was really hard for me to get on my deck as a physically handicapped person. Taylor made it easy for me to go outside alone. I love you guys 11/10"
