"I’m back again to write another stellar review for GAC. Last year they replaced our HVAC system; this year we circled back and had them install a home generator. This was a long and drawn out process due to the various approvals needed from Montgomery County as well as coordination with Washington Gas (which ended up not just being a simple sign off but necessitating an additional, expensive upgrade to the gas line from the street to our home). Nevertheless, GAC did a fantastic job shepherding this process over the 6+ months of waiting on stakeholders, and they were also maximally accommodating to our family’s significant constraints on time and availability (due to health concerns related to a medically fragile family member). A special kudos to Sandy M, GAC’s master electrician, who took it on personally to ensure we were taken care of all throughout this process, going above and beyond with phone calls, text messages, personal visits, etc. on behalf of my family, I want to thank GAC and am giving top marks across the board for this effort which was complex , lengthy, and ultimately successful."

Nasser came to check the situation, he gave a very detailed and comprehensive overview of the situation and provided with the options I had. I decided to replace the unit, Nasser went above and beyond to find a unit delivery service but there was nothing available over the weekend so this gentleman went for unit pick up himself and finished the installation within a day from my initial call. "The whole house could hear the vibration when our two year old Tran xv20i heat pump was at 67% work load. It seems the issue started from day one it was installed. Tried to reach out the installer but they went under. In June, I called McCrea. Mark Dzbynski came over, carefully checked everything and then concluded that refrigerant was not charged to the correct capacity. He explained that our system line is longer than usually and additional refrigerant is needed to compensate the length. He carefully calculated and addded the correct amount based on the temperate & length. From June and Oct, the vigration never came back. No one can tell when the system is on because it works so quietly. I really appraicate the work done by Mark and his work ethinics. Very pleased!"

"Adam was so helpful explaining how the ductless heater/ac unit would fit in my sunroom. His three workers were great. Cleaned up the area after they finished, the job was done in about 4 hours. Got three estimates and Weather Masters was the lowest and could install the next day. I also decided to sign a contract for seasonal checkups on my furnace and central air conditioner. I think anyone would feel comfortable hiring them."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
