My findings are documented using state-of-the-art software and you will receive a detailed report. I communicate with clients and realtors to explain inspection results and answer any questions. I collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to schedule and coordinate inspections. If asked, I can provide recommendations for repairs or improvements to the property. I work for you and have your best interest at heart. My fees are reasonable because I don't have franchise royalties or a big staff to support.
