"Gave a much higher square footage for the project quote than another contractor and myself measured. When asked they lowered the sq ft without explaining why it was high the first time. The actual company that did the floor - hollywood wood floors - were amazing. Knew their stuff, including the species of the wood, which the person who did the quote incorrectly identified. I chose them because we had a quick timeline, got a cheaper quote that would have been too late for our move in schedule."

"My experience with Handyman Connection was terrible. I will never utilize them again and caution others that are considering them. I had a exterior painting project that was quoted in May 2024 and the project was not completed until late September due to the poor work and damages that were caused to my gutter system that I found after they were “finished”. No workers came and informed me of the damages. So when the worker’s came to me to come and take a look at their work I found half my house was painted in a different color than the other half! Eight sections of my gutter system were damaged and needed to be replaced and my brown garage door was now a shade of purple! To top things 25% of the surfaces that were to be painted and included in the original quote was never painted! I was also not informed of this by the workers and found this out when I questioned them. I spoke to Management about my concerns and there was no rush to remedy the situation and no consideration to reducing the quoted price at all. They also left paint on a number of my windows and door frames and when you have bronze frames and beige paint splattered on them it is very obvious to the eye but no effort to remove those spill/drips. I could go on with the issues that I had but I will end by using a very popular saying “Caveat Emptor” or Let the Buyer Beware! They have some good reviews but I certainly do not have anything good to say about the service and the outcome I had with them. I will say the workers themselves were very nice but that’s as much as I can say nice about my experience."

"I first met Anton, the owner, about ten years ago. I was impressed by his professionalism and personality. He assisted us in choosing the products. His team replaced the carpet on the second story and the tile in the kitchen. (The rest of the first story, apart from an office, has hardwood floors which did not need work.) Last year, the carpet in our custom cherry-wood paneled office needed replacement. I was very concerned about damage to the wood, which would have been very difficult to repair. His installer did a perfect job, and I don't use that word lightly. Finally, his prices are very fair. I highly recommend this business with no hesitation."
