"Mike did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He installed a no-salt water softener/conditioner and shut off the valve with an additional water spike. After the installation, I noticed that one item, the cover, had not been installed. Mike returned promptly and reinstalled it without any issues. I would definitely use his services again."

"THIS is the HVAC company you NEED if you live in the Las Vegas Valley! Keep them on speed dial for sure. I had a different company come out to give me an estimate on my AC problem. Once they left, I was so distraught the tech recommended a new ac unit costing 10k with options to take out a loan to spread the payments out over years. I had JUST paid off all my debt and was SO looking forward to living the debt-free life I had worked so hard for. The 10k fix was devastating. I looked on Angie list, as soon as the tech left, hoping there was a lifeline out there somewhere with a second opinion. Steve from Fast Response showed up in my condo a couple of hours later and I have never had a gloomy mood turn around so fast. One min steve was knocking on my door and the next he was up inside the ac unit cleaning up wires by snipping them and walking us through what he could tell. He educated us that the blower looked newer and really did not see a problem other than the unit itself, outside, was a dinosaur. He let us know that it is not necessarily a death sentence for the unit and really was not problematic at this point. My boyfriend had blown the transformer (which we already knew and was the reason for the call in the first place). Steve recognized the nest thermostat and knew right away that we needed an extra wire which he installed- without even discussing money. The specific transformer Steve needed would have to be picked up first thing in the morning and he made us his first stop the next day. 30 minutes after his arrival on day 2, everything was running and cooling off. I have never been so happy to shed $225! Steve is so knowledgeable about his job. I know the Nest can be tricky (as my bf and I had a heck of a time installing it- which makes sense since that extra wire was actually needed). The unit works MUCH better with the fix. Rooms that were not cooling off are finally enjoyable to be in now. My only complaint is that I wish we knew Steve earlier. He is patient, humble, knowledgeable, did not judge us, and has earned my trust for life! He spoke highly of his boss and his company. I did some research after he left and the company is giving back so much during the COVID crisis. That means so much to me as a consumer and I am happy to give my money to a company that is helping this community. I cannot thank you guys enough! Special thanks to Steve Frederick for saving my sanity! Once the dinosaur does give out, I know who I am calling."

"Oscar the owner helped me to unplug all PCC 2000 pop-ups in this small project. They were stuck badly but he was able to get them out. He supported me during the same day and had a fair price."
