"I hired Calco to replace my shower. On the final day of work, one of the installers collided with my car's front bumper in the company box truck. The sales manager, Matt, asked me to get an estimate for the repairs from a local body shop and send it to him. After sending him the estimate for repair, he ceased responding to my attempts to contact him.
