Ultimately, we selected Hexagon primarily because their owner/principle, Eli, took the time to meet with us several times, walk us through the details of the project and answer all of our questions (sometimes the same questions more than once!). Eli is very knowledgeable and thorough, his patience and dedication to getting us comfortable with the work they would be doing, the steps/timeline involved, costs, materials, etc. etc. is a testament to the importance of knowing your customer and providing actual customer service. The job itself went smoothly and Eliâ s crew were also knowledgeable, respectful, and professional while at our home. Also, to note, barring a couple uncontrollable weather delays, once started, the end-to-end process from prep to installation, inspection, and permission to operate, followed the timeline that Eli laid out upfront. This is of key significance to me because in dealing with many contractors/projects over the years, often, the timelines provided can be overly optimistic and/or not fully thought through, so that fact that Eli gave concise estimates and actually delivered on them, that goes a long way in my book, separating Hexagonâ s capabilities and trustworthiness from the rest of the pack.
