"Hired Appliance Magician to service a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling properly. The technician", Artem Hxxxxxx, arrive on time and I immediately knew there was a problem as he did NOT speak English - Also, he did not know how to service my refrigerator - He spent 90% of the time on his cell phone getting instructions from his boss - He never checked the diagnostic service codes on my refrigerator and I could not t ask him to check them as we could not communicate. After 45 minutes of removing panels in my fridge and looking at things , he handed me his phone to talk with his boss (who talked in very broken English) who told me my defrost heater was broken and the fridge could be repaired for ;about $750 . My fridge had no frost/ice build-upo on any coils he checked, nor was there any water in the case, which my limited knowledge told me was not compatible with his diagnosis. I feel I was ripped off of the $69 trip charge as nothing was done, Company NOT vetted!!!"

"Hired Appliance Magician to service a GE Refrigerator that was not cooling properly. It was not making any type of ice so I decided to call my refrigerator company Samsung for help, but I got no where with them so I ended up calling ( Five Star appliance ) for help with fast and friendly customer service. ( ASH ) showed up and got to work to find out what was the problem and fix it.., he troubleshooted the issue, very quickly figured it out, fixed the problem and fixed my ice maker. He saved me a lot of money from repurchasing a whole new fridge or for Samsung charging arm & a leg to send a technician. I highly recommend Ash and Five star appliance, go to company in the future if anything else of mine breaks down. Thank you again!"

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
