The job itself went smoothly and Eliâ s crew were also knowledgeable, respectful, and professional while at our home. Also, to note, barring a couple uncontrollable weather delays, once started, the end-to-end process from prep to installation, inspection, and permission to operate, followed the timeline that Eli laid out upfront. This is of key significance to me because in dealing with many contractors/projects over the years, often, the timelines provided can be overly optimistic and/or not fully thought through, so that fact that Eli gave concise estimates and actually delivered on them, that goes a long way in my book, separating Hexagonâ s capabilities and trustworthiness from the rest of the pack. We'll certainly be using Hexagon again in the future."
