"I used Arturo to replace my flat roof in 2001, and was so happy to see he was still in business when it was time to start thinking about a new one in 2024. He recommended a "cool roof" which would not only extend the life of the existing roof, but also lower the inside temperature by several degrees. He applied a white silicone sealant and also repaired some termite damage. He was always on time, honest and believe it or not, did the work himself with the help of his assistant. The job was very well done, and I can't recommend him enough!"
