"I asked for help on Yelp where a Rat got stuck in my air condition system the exterminator told me I'd have to call the company to come out and remove the unit, not only did Chris call very fast he came out very quickly and said that very unusual request but will be able to do it and remove the rodent acid wash the unit and even did the second unit where he didn't have to this is a great company and I had given my daughter his number to get in AC unit they wanted in the house because you could trust this person 100% a great company and a great person"

"Amazing! Called a bunch of different companies to get quotes all as I kept hearing is prices are high due to shipping. Called Titan explaining my previous experiences with other companies. Not one came up about pricing, just wanted to know what was needed they came out, went through the whole system. Of course I had the old r22 they did a price comparison on pricing on new and converting systems. When all said and done ended with a brand new system bigger and better then the one I had, and know one could even come close to there pricing. "Chris (owner) was great. He responded quickly to my inquiry for removing my under mount sink to install a new drop in sink and faucet and gave a free estimate. He was Punctual, knowledgeable, kind, answered all my questions and told me what supplies were needed. His employee Clayton completed the project and took the additional time to make adjustments to our countertop to ensure the sink fit properly and made sure everything was working correctly. He also cleaned up after completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship and courteous manner of Authority Plumbing. Would definitely recommend."
