Despite the initial improper installation of the countertop of another installer, they took care to make sure the countertop did not crack when they removed it and provided a sub top and sub frame (the sub top and sub frame the initial installer failed to provide) to protect the countertop in the reinstallation. He brought telescoping poles to hold floor-ceiling plastic sheets in place to minimize the spread of dust. His pride of workmanship was obvious! The plumbers who came after him were able to install the new sink and hardware easily! We highly recommend Anthony for any project involving appliance installations in counters!"

"Stuff happens, and this business knows how to handle it! We had a stain on the ceiling. Ofri from BTB came over and turned on the water from the upstairs bathtub and then the shower stall. The ceiling became moist after the shower was turned on. Ofri then came back with a plumber. He turned on the upstairs bathtub. After they left, water dripped from the ceiling. Ofri had the plumber immediately send over a team for a service call. They broke open a hole in the ceiling and found that a pipe leading to the bathtub was so rusty it had holes. They took videos showing other pipes leading to the bathtub were also very rusty. While the team was still there, Ofri gave us prices, sent over the paperwork and the pipes were replaced within a of couple hours. Fabulous! Ofri had thought it would take a lot longer to complete the plumbing work. Therefore, her pricing did not align with the actual work performed. She brought in Alon, who substantially reduced the price to our satisfaction. Their responsiveness and reasonableness earned them my highest rating. Thank you Ofri, Alon and the BTB team!"
