Charly and Melissa are two of the hardest working people I've met, and they are very skilled in their profession. They weeded, removed old stumps, streamlined the flower beds, sodded, edged the lawn, removed debris and river rock, and created a a beautiful yard that I can finally enjoy. "I contacted Anderson Lawn and Landscaping Service for Lawn service for returning Lawn Service for 2023. He told me he was on his way. He nevered showed up or call me to let customer know what was going on. I called Anderson Lawn Service for lawn service for 2024. He told me what day he will service my lawn which was last week Thursday the weather was clear no rain that day. He did not show up. I called to see what happen. He told me he will be here Monday which was cloudy all. Then he told he will be here Tuesday April 30, 2024. He was a no show. When I first hired him for the first time approximately two years ago. He started off good. I do not know what is going with telling a customer you on the way but never show up."

"Tony did a walk through and described how the job was going to get done. Then sent me a contract. He then did the job and left out a vital aspect of the job. Asked why a step was not performed as we discussed during the walk through of job. He stated, well that part was not in the contract. Also, had to call him many times and file a complaint to the BBB. Once the BBB complaint was filed. He came back to complete another portion of the job he never finished. By the way still trying to figure out how to remedy the issue I now have. Due to the vital aspect that was not in the contract. Thank you Tony, real nice!"
