One company said they would only recommend replacing with new carpet and a second company gave me a ridiculously high estimate for the work. Jacobs Construction quoted a fair price, which went up a bit when they pulled up the carpet and saw just how bad the floors were. The final cost was far below the other quote. The work was done in just two days, and the floors are beautiful!"

The staff that did the work were extremely polite and professional. They cleaned up after each day of work and were overall respectful of our property. They showed up when they said they would be here. Not only does everything look great, but the quality is also wonderful! As our house was built in 1958, we did find problems with the plumbing for gas and water. We needed to replace all the lines, so we had the whole house replumbed.
