They had Avi rebuild a guest house on their property which had been demolished by a large fallen Oak Tree. After seeing Aviâ s work and meeting with him, I hired him immediately. Avi and his team worked professionally, were most respectful of my home and did an outstanding job on my project. As construction projects go, we ran in to various issues throughout the job, such as Asbestos, which required professional abatement, an issue on the other side of our home completely unrelated, needing immediate attention due to the rain, and the ability to obtain siding which was no longer made. Avi was able to deal with and take care of all issues that came up during the remodel without incident. Avi always put me first in terms of ensuring I was kept informed and was comfortable with the work being done. He remained proactive throughout the project and visited my home some weeks daily to ensure all was going to perfection.
