"This was my first time using Marquis Associates, Inc. They replied and provided a quote for the work required in a timely manner. The work was scheduled and performed as stated in the quote. I had an exterior staircase stringer replaced and the vinyl staircase reinstalled. The contractor, Silvian and his crew were very courteous during the work and the clean up was excellent. "Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."
