"Scheduled the site visit appointment and Jesus arrived on the day, in the window of time scheduled. Long story short, Jesus has alot of knowledge and a portfolio to match. His estimate was reasonable and his specified start date was met. He did state the project would take 2 days, but it was actually 4 because we tweaked the project scope (yes, this added to the cost but it was worth it). Jesus was more than accommodating. His business method is start a project and finish it, no multi project delays. The scope of our project was a full front lawn removal, replacing with golden gravel, dry river bed, strategically placed boulders and a psychological wall. What's that you as?
