They were very quick to react to my needs & have a diagnosis of my problem by arriving promptly to pursue the review & repair of my problem I had 2 other companies try to diagnose the A/C system & both failed to understand & apply the necessary repair. If I followed their suggestions it would have been a much more expensive & needless repair, i.e. a complete replacement of the condenser. What did occur was a diagnosis of a problem with a capacitor & Premier Comfort solved my issue. Highly recommended!!"

"Our repair technician was very polite and honest. At his first visit, he discovered that the motor in our washer was not working. We ordered and paid for a new motor, which was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It took longer, but I had to initiate contact with the company a couple of times to ask about it. So, communication on their part needs a bit of improvement. That said, when the same technician came back, he installed the motor and then discovered that wasn’t the main problem and we needed to replace the washer. He refunded the payment for the motor and just charged us for labor. We would hire him again."
