"Paul did a great job of explaining to me what the service call included, possible issues, what he planned to test to determine the problem and kept me updated on what he found. After he resolved the problem (which in this case, didn’t result in extra charges), he told me to call if the fix failed after he left. So far, everything is running great! He was very knowledgeable and was a super representative for ServiceOne!"

"Amilcar Padilla the second technician was excellent - I highly recommend him if you can ask for a specific plumbing tech. Replaced the original kitchen faucet from 1985 MOEN had to do a little extra work as well like install a new shut off valve since that was all rusted and corroded did everything for less than I expected. Highly recommend him and Plumbing Today"
