"George was professional, timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. My Garage floor was falling apart. He provided a few options for me along with pros/cons. I ended up spending the extra money to do the right thing for my garage which would extend the life of the floor. He always showed up exactly at the time he said....no 4 hour window.
