"Broke electrical line to yard light. Said they are not responsible. Also, someone there said to call back to arrange to get it fixed. When I did, was told they do not do electrical work in Champaign. My wife had informed the technician of underground wire before work began. In addition, can not close closet door because of Jack hammering that was done. As a result, dust was all throughout the house."

He was a super nice guy and stayed way longer than I expected him to (on a Sunday) , but he told me he wasn't going until he had everything done for my power to be turned back on. When he was finished, my new one had every wire going straight down and over to the breakers; nothing crossed or twisted. I would not only highly recommend Mr. Electric, but I would recommend Joe!
