"I had a leak from my refrigerator that went from the kitchen into 2 of my bedrooms and literally soaked 2 carpets. Mold was discoverer and tested for. I had to get this cleaned up. I called 4 companies to get the quotes and what needed to be done, 3 responded. I needed to have dry wall removed, my pantry cabinet removed in the kitchen then after clean up, re-testing, replace dry wall and the pantry cabinet. Only 1 of the 3 would do it in a timely manner. 2 of them told me that they could not replace the dry wall or re-install the pantry cabinet for 60 days after the retesting. A-Team is the only one that appeared to take the entire job as 1 issues and said they could do the work as 1 single call from start to finish in about 2 weeks if retesting passed. They came on a Friday and did the setup and cleaning. They arranged to have the retesting done by a separate company the following Tuesday (which I passed) and they were here that Friday and Saturday and completed the re installation of Drywall, base boards, and painting. When they left you could not tell i ever had a problem. In fact it looked better that it did before the flood. The team was extremely courteous, professional, clean and neat, on-time plus externally careful with my items that they had to remove from the room. That is every one from Mr. Blair, the owner, to the workers. Mr. Blair came the first day to make sure everything was OK. Communication with Mr. Blair and the team was timely and exact."

"Demolition and removal of two walkways: Chuck and his helper were very accommodating and respectful. He called to learn more about the project, set up a time to come see it, called to let me know he was on his way and did not ever leave me hanging. Quoted the job at a very reasonable price. We needed to get the job done in a short period of time and he said he could do the work the following morning at 8:30 am. Arrived at 8:00 am and started promptly at 8:30 am. Worked straight thru in the rain and never missed a beat. Cleaned up the site afterwards and left us in very good shape for our next phase of work. Very professional, courteous, and fair. Titan responded quickly and was very professional. The entire process was explained in detail and they got to work immediately. They quarantined my house and put plastic barriers and zipper walls up. They removed everything that was ruined and salvaged all my sentimental and irreplaceable items. Everything was done with great care and very thorough. After the remediation was completed everything was medically sterilized and air quality was tested to confirm total elimination of all mold. Then they completely rebuilt everything that was removed which was not an easy task as it was an entire kitchen, mater bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, guest bedroom, living room and dining room.
