"Matrix was a pleasure to work with during our Finished Basement project. From the initial consultation through the completion, we were able to easily communicate and collaborate. Our Project Manager, Ben, was easy to get a hold of, quick to resolve any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. All subcontractors were professional, friendly and easy to work with. We are absolutely thrilled with the final project. Our basement is now the highlight of our home with space for the whole family and guests. "I had Biango Construction complete a full gut renovation of my main floor powder room and laundry room/mudroom. This included a major change in layouts and moving walls, doors, HVAC, plumbing, gas lines, and electrical. I also had custom cabinets and hall tree built for the space. The final result is exceptional (see photos). While the time ended up taking longer than originally expected, it was worth it to have a trusted pro do the work and to deal with the permit process. The company was easy to work with, professional, and maintained a clean workspace across my house. All individuals working on my house with Nick Biango paid high attention to detail throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Biango Construction to anyone doing renovations or wanting built-ins added to their home."

"The quality of the work was awesome and the workers were very professional and answered any questions I had along the way of the work. My only critique is that the timelines initially given and even at the beginning of the project were off by a couple of weeks. Some of the communication in that wasn’t always clear."

"My husband and I were looking to get 2 bathrooms in our home remodeled. My husband called and was told that 4 Ever Remodeling does not service our area. Needless to say, we were confused seeing that this company remodeled a home across the street from where we live. I decided to go on their website to see the areas. Again, not only do they service the Oak Park area, they also service two surrounding suburbs. I called back to ask why is this and was told that it was because of my area code. I tried telling this company that I was literally one block from the expressway, however 4 Ever Remodeling kept saying, it's the zip code. I felt it was very discriminatory and we shouldn't be judged based on the area code. Being a former Oak Park resident, I will share my experience with family and friends in OP as I will share on social medial as well."

"I’ve always wanted a second bathroom. I contacted JK Complete R&C. Jack came to my home and assessed the would be project. Jack gave me a reasonable price, start and proposed finish date. Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. I have already recommended JK Complete to family members."

"Our project turned out better than we expected and as things were going along, we added more projects. Patryk, Greg and their team did a fantastic job. They were always so nice to work with, even suggesting things which was helpful. They never left a project until they thought it was perfect. We did a full kitchen remodel, even closing off a window to move a fridge and pantry to the other side to allow more cabinets and much needed counter space. They widen the entrance and the kitchen seems so much bigger. We think it’s Beautiful! They did laminated floors throughout the first floor, painted all walls and new baseboards. They created a wine bar which was just a cubby hole. They put in a pantry like cubby hole in our laundry room and added cabinets and above wall unit. One of the projects we had them add is new wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, white spindles and railing that curves instead of a wall and laminate floors on the 2nd floor. Other odd and ends that they never hesitated to do. We appreciate all they have done in our home, To us, it’s amazing how nice it is and how it should have been all the years we have lived here. Its exciting to show it off, it feels like a new house. These guys are amazing and would definately recommend them to anyone. Very reliable and easy to get in contact with when needed. "Wonderful!!! Love my bathroom remodel thanks to David and Robert. We needed to reschedule for many months due to my father being ill. They were so kind and thoughtful about it. Most contractors would have taken your deposit and never contacted you again. Not them. We completed the project and I am so so happy. They were punctual and tidy, cleaning up every day inside my unit and in the common area of my floor hallway. Talented contractors and even better humans! Thank you both!"

"John was so great to work with! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to walk us through the process of remodeling two bathrooms. John would check in frequently and answer any questions we had and even helped answer questions about other projects we were doing. He would provide updates on the progress each day and was flexible in working around our schedule. The bathrooms turned out wonderfully. We will definitely work with John again on future projects."
