"It was alright, it could have been better"

"This is a high quality mold/fungi/fungus testing company, with excellent customer service and follow-up. The phones were picked up on the first call each time, and arranging for an appointment was very easy. They arrived on time, were efficient, informing, and friendly in their work, and brought commercial equipment to perform the test samples. The follow up phone call and email on the test results was good, and they provided a potential remediation plan for us to follow on the test results. The third party lab utilized by them had easy to understand numbers, graphs, and descriptions of what was tested. We will do business with Gardner Services again in the near future, and will recommend them to others."

"Working with Advantaclean on mold remediation project was a nice experience. "I had Brett come to our home to test for mold because I’ve had an ongoing illness that Drs can never diagnose. He was so caring & did the testing within days of talking to him the 1st time. After the testing, he explained everything in detail and provided a list of things to improve the air quality in the home. I have never dealt with any type of contractor that was as thorough and really had our best interest at heart. He was honest, upfront with cost and I felt like I could totally trust him and his recommendations. If you are in need of mold or air quality testing, call Brett. You will be completely satisfied with his knowledge and care to make your home “healthy” again."

"Our first time needing an air quality test done and Dave was great. Walked us through the different tests, explained the results; very prompt, very professional."

"Todd was communicative, easy to schedule with, on-time, professional, and friendly. He let me walk the property with him and ask questions along the way. His report was detailed and easy to read and share with my agent and attorney, and his rate was competitive for the quality. Will work with him again on future purchases and would recommend him to everyone!"

"Helped me with questions about air quality in my home and specific causes and treatments when tests proved I had issues. As a result, I am well on my way toward a cleaner, safer environment. I am a Vietnam era vet and the technician (not giving his name without his awareness) upon realizing that showed tremendous respect."

"I had an excellent experience working with this company for my basement and master bedroom renovations. Their team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. The basement was transformed into a functional and modern space, while the master bedroom now feels like a luxurious retreat. The communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, making the entire experience stress-free.
