They are respectful of one's property and try their best to keep everything as clean as possible while they work and then clean up afterwards. Daniel was very concerned about helping get the floor that I wanted and then did extra repair to make sure that no one would know that a replacement of the flooring had been made. The work was done very quickly and they were careful of following the rules of my condo association. I highly recommend DAC."

I also had large beams put in on my ceiling and had them paint too. I couldnâ t believe how well they did with constructing that. I love how they have a warranty and came back for touch ups later on. They keep everything so cleanly like they were never here.
