We are prepared to run emergency handyman services during the COVID19 outbreak. Your local handyman company provides exceptional service, with even better craftsmanship. We have been in this industry for the past 15 years. We take pride in our work, and back it with excellent customer service. "We had a terrible, stressful experience with Sexton Home Improvement and Repairs, Inc. We terminated their employment because they did not follow building code when working on our home. We are relieved that another company working on our home caught the violation. It is upsetting that the financial integrity and safety of our home was jeopardized. They also constructed a very unlevel subfloor that had to be corrected. Rather than acknowledge or apologize for this error, excuses were made saying that the new subfloor ¨matched¨ the outer edges of the existing floor. A properly built floor will be level from one end all the way to the other, not just on the outside edges. This is a basic expectation of good workmanship. We were disappointed that even after showing the Sextons multiple pictures of the unlevel floor, the messy releveling process, and paid receipts, they still denied it was unlevel. Additional problems with this company included contradictory time frames for job completion. This created a lot of confusion for us about the job scope and estimate. Additionally, receipts for the ¨approximated materials allowance¨ were never submitted to us. This was troubling as the job was not completed, and we had to purchase the remaining materials to finish the job. These faulty jobs cost us: extra money, extra time to correct, added mess and inconvenience plus loss of trust in their company. Their lack of communication before termination (over a week) also added to this loss of trust. We have worked with numerous companies in the past, and this is the first negative review we have posted. We believe it is important to share our experience and reasons for not recommending this company."

Create a powerful homemade solution by mixing baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap to break down deeply embedded dirt. After cleaning, reseal the grout to lock in protection and maintain its appearance.
You can't regrout tile without removing the existing grout and expect good, long-lasting results. You must replace the old grout when it begins to crumble and fail. New grout cannot properly adhere to existing grout, meaning moisture will still reach the damaged layer and cause additional water damage, which will be more costly to deal with in the long run.
Visible indicators, such as cracks, stains, chipping, and mold growth, signal that your grout is compromised and no longer maintains its bonding strength. If you notice these issues, cleaning alone won't restore the grout's integrity. In such cases, consider complete or partial regrouting to preserve your surfaces and prevent further damage.
