"We hired them to paint the exterior of the house, replace some rotted boards and replace the gutters. They are not the lowest price in town, and there work quality was pretty good. However, they rushed to get the job done quickly and did not clean up properly. I found more than 100 nails on the patio, porches and brick walkways, in places where people will be walking in next week's graduation party. I had to go around the house picking up debris and paint chips. On the positive side, they were prompt, polite and didn't try to convince us to do things we didn't need to do, so we found them trustworthy."

"I had a terrible experience with SKM Property Maintenance and owner Doug King. What was promised as a 10-day deck project turned into a 7-month nightmare.
