Tim never made us feel like he was rushing the inspection. For a city boy moving to the country, I know nothing about wells and septic systems. Although I was doing my own research, Tim was very helpful explaining how both systems work and recommending improvements for both systems. Tim examined every square inch of the home. He crawled into the attic, both the house and pole barn. He climbed to the peak of the roof to check the vent caps. He thoroughly stressed both well and septic systems. Tim made the inspection feel like a guided tour of our new home-to-be. At the end of the inspection, Tim reviewed all the photos he took during the inspection, pointing out the few minor issue that we would address once moved in.
