"I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"I am satisfied with the work performed. All of the crews were professional. On time and answered any questions that I asked them. The quality of the work performed was good. My main problem with Paramount Builders is that once they get in your home for an estimate, they don't want to leave until they have a contract with you. If you cancel, as I did, they respond by coming back to "give you a better deal". My advise would be. "Don't let them in your house". They have no plan for you to get other estimates, compare prices or anything else. I would never do business with Paramount Builders again. They push this "warranty" and justify there outrageous prices with their warranty. My ratings are based on my dealings with Paramount Builders and their reps. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!"

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"Home Fix installed new windows several years ago. As part of that they put aluminum siding on the bump out under my bay window. The windows are great and I was very happy with them, but I discovered last year that the siding was leaking into my kitchen and much of the wood had rotted. Jonathan at Home Fix stepped in and helped me to resolve this problem. The company sent a team of two men to build an entire new bump out. They did a great job and there was no cost to me. I appreciate that they honored their warranty without any debate."

He did a great job at answering our questions and showing us what our options were without being in-your-face-buy-my-product sales guy. "My experience so far has been outstanding. On March 21, I went on Home Advisor looking for good roofers near me. I was given about five but only one contacted me and it was immediate. Jenny Bates called me and I explained my situation which was leaking roof. She set me up the same day with Michael Robinson for an estimate. He came that afternoon and was her almost four hours. He was so through and left no stone unturned. The price was more than I wats looking to spend but for what I was getting, worth it. As my Mom always said, you get what you paid for. I signed contract same day. I received numerous emails updating my status. I was contacted by Sara Scander, Roofing Install Manager, stating the materials were in and I was scheduled for April 1. They were aware I was having problems when it rained. The crew showed up before 8:00 and went to town. There were five working nonstop. They only stopped to eat lunch and that wasnâ t long. I have never seen anyone work that hard for that length of time. They completed in one day and they had their hands full. I had rotted boards that had to be cut and replaced. They were here until after dark. Before they got finished, Jim McMullin, Project Manager, came by to check on the job. He came in to let me know it would be finished the same day. He let me know if I had any problems or questions, just contact him. I have never had that many great people involved in keeping me informed. They are all OUTSTANDING. The roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend to everyone."
